Events and Catering, Event Equipment Rental, Weddings, Corporate Functions - Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky

Rates: Rates are based on a one-day rental or a one-day event. We have multiple day rates including special rates for weekly and monthly rental. In addition, we offer package-pricing depending on the size of the event and the availability of equipment for the time period requested.

Deposits: We require a 50% deposit to reserve equipment. Upon receipt of the deposit, our computer reserves the equipment for the time period requested. The final balance is due 5 days prior to delivery. For large orders, other terms may be negotiated.

Pick up and Delivery: We charge $20.00 for delivery and $20.00 for pick up in most cases. Those rates are based on door-to-door and do not extend beyond tailgate for pick up and delivery. We offer express delivery and pick up. In this case, we pull a truck and manpower to be at the destination at the time of your choosing. This adds $25.00 each way. Express Rates are valid only between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Security Deposits: Our minimum deposit is $20.00. However, we normally charge 10% of the total order as a deposit. Circumstances and policy may vary.

Payment: We accept checks or cash. In some cases, we may extend credit based on prior approval and credit rating.

Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. However, if cancellation is at least 3 days prior, we will issue a credit for the exact amount to be used at a future date.

Set Up and Tear Down: Rates do not include set up or tear down. An additional charge is incurred if either service is requested.

Delivery and Pick Up Timeline: Unless you have paid for express delivery and/or express pick up, delivery and pick up times are at our convenience. Delivery and pick up times may vary depending on traffic conditions and workload. Normally, the day prior to delivery, we may specify a.m. or p.m.

Operational Hours: Our normal work day is from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. All other hours are considered overtime. For overtime hours, Saturday and Sunday, there is an additional overtime charge of $100.00 per hour.
